Things with Wings, an exhibit in fiber arts by local artists Katie Paul and Pang Tubhirun will be featured in The North Gallery of the Washington County Arts Council from September 1 – September 30, 2010 with an opening reception being held on September 4 from 6-9pm. The WCAC Gallery is located at 14 W. Washington Street in Hagerstown, MD.
