From the Eye of a Washington County Collector, A Benefit for Barbara Ingram School for the Arts and Washington County Arts Council is an exhibit from the private collection of Cliff Springer. Exhibit will be accompanied by Student Artwork from BISFA's Visual Art Department.
Live Auction of several pieces of Mr. Springer's art will be held at 7PM
 

The WCAC opening reception will take place Friday, April 23 from 6-9 pm in its Gallery located at 14 W. Washington St. just before the public square in downtown Hagerstown, MD.

From the Eye of a Washington County Collector exhibit and Student Artwork from BISFA's Visual Art Department will be on display  April 21 – May 15. Gallery Hours are Wednesday through Friday, 11am until 5 pm and Saturday, 10am until 4pm.
