RING IN 2013 with local variety band, "Spectrum", at the Northern Avenue American Legion, Hagerstown, MD. Join us on New Year’s Eve, December 31st, from 8:30 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. to dance the night away. Tickets just $20.00 per person and this is open to the public. Dinner is available to members and guests with advance reservations prior to the dance to make your evening complete.
