Two-day festival features live music on five stages. Festival kicks off from 6 to 9 p.m. Friday with Light the Creek fundraiser at downtown Carroll Creek. Market Street Mile at 9:30 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 11. Concerts from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Up the Creek Party held from 5:30 to 9 p.m. All events in downtown Frederick.
