Join "Spectrum", the Tri-State's finest variety band, in an evening filled with music, dancing and camaraderie! It's our first "open dance" and all are invited- Legion membership is not required. Dancing starts at 7:30 at the ballroom at the Morris Frock American Legion on Northern Ave, Hagerstown. A 50-50 raffle with all proceeds to benefit "keeping the live summer music going" at Penmar Park will take place.
