Celebrate Hagerstown's designation as International Safe Community.
Safe Communities will be saluting all the citizens in the Hagerstown Community, led by Michael Weller, who have worked so hard to make this program a success!
Registration is from 5:00 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.
Dinner will be served at 6:30 p.m.
