description

Join Horticultural specialist Sandy Scott for this interesting course! Spring is just around the corner! Get your garden motors started! Sandy Scott has developed this interesting class given completely to selecting and growing vegetables generally not grown in the basic vegetable garden and difficult to find fresh in the supermarket.
We all love many of the heritage, family plot grown vegetables such as artichokes, brussel sprouts, horseradish, kohlrabi, leek, shallot, rhubarb, rutabaga, salsify, soybeans and sweet potatoes to name a few. Now is the time to learn the basics to support these usual and unusual vegetables in your garden this spring and summer.
