The Banner School

The Banner School was founded by Elinor Miller in Frederick, Maryland, in 1982, as an independent, non-sectarian alternative to public and parochial schools. Mrs. Miller's biography. Our student body has grown from just 22 students to over 240 students in preschool through eighth grade.
